I'm Zijie, a product designer with 6+ years of experience at Alibaba, working across Ele.me, DingTalk and Freshippo. My work has focused on making complex digital experiences easier to understand and use, from commerce journeys and growth features to scalable design systems. After years of designing for large-scale digital products, I wanted to explore how people understand and interact with information beyond traditional screens. This led me to pursue an MA in Narrative Environments at Central Saint Martins, where I've been experimenting with data, sensing and spatial interaction. I'm now bringing these perspectives together — combining the structure and practicality of product design with a more exploratory approach to how people experience technology. I'm particularly interested in designing thoughtful, intuitive products that make complex information meaningful and actionable.
